Your identification, like my work pass or a driver’s license, is called your IC not your ID. It stands for Identity Card.

Construction Workers
It’s very pleasant how nice all the construction workers are here.
They are predominantly Indian and you can’t walk a hundred metres here in Singapore without seeing one. But each time I see as guy working, I give a little smile and nod. So far, without fail, they have responded in kind or with a big grin.
That just makes me happy.
